With the start of October, comes all things Fall! This month's books will be taking a closer look at the science behind one of our favorite fall symbols; the PUMPKIN! With the help of these awesome books, students will better understand the life cycle of a pumpkin, as well as other fun facts that make the pumpkin such a fascinating fruit (yes, it's a fruit!).
Please be sure to check out the supplemental resources for teachers to use in conjunction with these texts. There are videos to serve as hooks/activators for the read aloud or to serve as background knowledge-building resources and/or inspiration for our Mableton Jaguar Scholars during their aligned STEAM Challenges.
