The start of November brings with it two new books of the month! This month students will be popping with enthusiasm over the theme of POPCORN! Why popcorn, you ask? Well the history of popcorn dates back thousands of years ago and even has a historical significance for our very own American holiday tradition of Thanksgiving! Popcorn also ties with science standards as you talk about changes of matter, and hat better way to incorporate the culinary arts, than to make popcorn and taste test different types of popcorn with your class!
